One of the main frustrations for veterinary technicians in practice is underutilization. Credentialed technicians are an asset to a practice and are capable of a range skills that should be used and encouraged. Proper use of technicians improves morale, job satisfaction and hospital efficiency. In addition, using technicians to their full potential frees up doctor time.
